Procedure for Transfer from A.P.Pharmacy Council to other State Pharmacy Councils

Applicant has to submit Original R.P.Certificate and Original valid Pass-Book of A.P.Pharmacy Council to the concerned State Pharmacy Council where he/she wants to transfer. |
2. |
A.P.Pharmacy Council will send 'No-Objection Certificate' as a reply to the letter received from concerned Pharmacy Council. |
3. |
Applicant need not approach directly the A.P.Pharmacy Council. |
