  • I. General Instructions for "Renewal of Registration"

      1.

      Must be a Resident or Practicing in the Telangana State

      2.

      If Employed must disclose Designation, Institution name and place of working

      3.

      Must have valid Email ID and Mobile Number

      4.

      Latest Color photo with white background must be not older than a week

      5.

      Pay Fees Online through Online BillDesk payment Gateway service for Renewal

      6.

      After Agreeing conditions, click Submit button to complete process at your end

      7.

      For Renewal of Registration Certificate, Candidate appearance is must and should in Council. After uploading necessary documents, candidate should book the slot and submit the application along with all original documents, Original Registered Pharmacist Certificate & Pass-Book of A.P.Pharmacy Council should be surrendered at the time of submission of application.

      8.

      Council is not liable for losses caused by any unauthorized use of your account. Keep your Account Password secured

      9.

      Download the Form G & NRD form of your qualification i.e Renewal Of Registration fill it and submit it at the time of submission of your application in the office.

    Note : All Documents should be scanned in Color with clear visibility and Photo of the Pharmacist should be very clear taken recently..
  • VI. Procedure to apply Online
      Step 1: (Entry)

      1.

      Fill in columns with basic information like Name, UID, Father Name, Category, Gender, Mobile No and Email Id

      2.

      You will receive Pharmacist Reference ID to your Mobile number, and Link for Activation along with Transaction ID for Online Payment to your Email id from tspcregistrar2015@gmail.com

      Step 2: (Application)

      3.

      Fill the Online Application Form

      4.

      Scan your Documents in jpg or jpeg format with size (below 250 KB)

      5.

      Upload above mentioned Documents

      6.

      Book your slot date for Renewal of Registration

      7.

      Take the PrintOut of the Application to submit in the Council office for Renewal of Registration on slot date

      Step 3: (Payment)

      8.

      For payment you are redirected to Online BillDesk Payment Gateway

      9.

      Provide your Pharmacist Reference ID and Transaction ID and complete payment

      Step 4: (TS Pharmacy Council Office)

      10.

      Personally appear in the Council with "Printout" of application and original documents on slot date.

      11.

      Also carry all related certificates in case of enquiry on education/residential address confirmation etc

Note: Pharmacists are requested to enter the correct renewal validity while applying for renewal of registration for those who are already registered in APPC but not renewed upto date. Fees Rs.560/- + Penalty Rs.100/- Per Year and 18% GST to be added to the Total Amount.
